Dogs came into being..

Day??? Why would that matter... but for the record its Saturday.

Today was fine. Ok ok.. i m dampening the spirit. Today was great. I loved today. For one fact that it was not completely fruitless and boring. Today I went out with Vish to our all time haven Mall. It was just me and her. We went around laughing and joking all the time. We visited many shops.. tried on some clothes... commented on some.... ate a lot and settled down among books. It was the most peaceful feeling. Being among books. Even if i aint reading. Books give me a lot of happiness. They give me a sense of calm. Be it reading or writing.
Today we talked a lot. I was telling Vish what i know bout History of the Mughals. Junk i read up in a phase of over indulgement in learning bout the history of India. But hey its not junk. Its a part of the history of India. It is a part of what makes India.
Then Vish was telling me bout her study section.. on finance and mutual funds... and insurance.
Bout coffee and the food.. and the books.. and the kids..
It was all fun but intelligent kind of talk.
But the best was a story Vish read out for me from a book on dogs that i would like to share here.

How were Dogs made.

When Adam and Eve (that got us in a discussion as to how Eve was made out of a Rib taken from Adam.. and it bought up the question... if Eve was made from Adams rib.. then why is it that men still have 12 ribs just like women??? They are supposed to lack in one right???) consumed the Fruit of Sin.. (an Apple... I wonder why it is not a banned fruit since it is an apple that caused all the peace out of this was to be peaceful world. But where does Pandoras Box fit in then??? I ve heard all the bad things came out of that box.. ???), God banished them out of the Garden of Eden and made a set of animals to guard the Garden so as to keep them away. Of these pack, some animals followed Adam and Eve and some remained back as savage beasts. Seeing that some of the group He had created had befriended Adam and Eve, God was angry and questioned these animals. To this they replied that As God had not wanted them to be dead which if He had wanted He would have readily slained them instead He just banished them out of the Garden so that they would create another world for themselves that would resemble Eden (thats where we live I guess.. that means theres the real Eden somewhere lost and safe and guarded by the beasts.. all we have to do is walk to the end of the earth to get there..). We accompany them so as to keep them alive and also keep them away from the real Garden guarded by the other beasts.
The wild beasts that guarded Eden evolved to become wolves and the tamed friendly ones Dogs.
Thats how Dogs came into being.
